Delivery Information

Reach:

Lovely Solar Fan ships to almost all locations in India where there is reach of the Courier Network. At present, we do NOT make any international shipments/deliveries.

Shipment charges:

There is no shipment charges for any product available on this website. Free delievery is available for all the products. In case, if there will be any shipping fee for any product then it will clearly mentioned in the Product Specifications page.

Delivery time:

Major destinations are serviced by known national courier companies and deliveries normally take 3-5 days. You can track the status and location of your parcel after dispatch on the respective courier's website using the parcel's tracking code. You will receive an email regarding details of the courier company, your tracking number and the tracking link.When you place an order, the estimated shipping/dispatch and estimated delivery time will be specified based on the availability of the item, your delivery location and coverage by our empanelled couriers. 

Tracking Packages:

Courier company will email you tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address or through text message on registered mobile no. In case you do not receive a mail within 24hrs of placing an order, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Cash on Delivery:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all items.


Non-availability on Delivery:

Our courier company / delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Item not received past delivery date:

Orders that are sold and fulfilled by us and shipped via a trackable method (such as a courier company) will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

  • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors, family members or security guard of your building. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building supervisor, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch etc.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
